I started my career writing the code behind HR technology. Since then I've led HRIS implementations, led HR organizations, and earned a master's in I/O psychology because the technical side was never enough without understanding the people inside the systems.

Early in my career an HR team at a hospital taught me something I've never forgotten. "We help the people who help the people," they told me. Technology, processes, and policy should work for your culture, not the other way around. And that's how I show up.

Technology, including AI, can do remarkable things. My goal is to make sure organizations know what to hand off, what to keep human, and how to spot those differences.
